9. Training.
- Every person appointed by direct recruitment / promotion / appointment by transfer to the posts of Assistant Engineer/Junior Technical Officer, as the case may be, shall undergo, immediately after appointment a course of training for such period and as per such programme and syllabus as may be prescribed by the Engineer-in-Chief (Admn), from time to time.
