Section 6 in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Election) Rules, 2000
6. Electors' list to be conclusive.
- Subject to any disqualification incurred by a person, the electors list published finally shall be conclusive evidence for the purpose of determining whether any person is qualified to be elector at any election.
