Section 24(1) in The Chhattisgarh Kushabhau Thakre Patrakarita Avam Jansanchar University Act, 2004
(1)The Kuladhipati shall constitute a Finance Committee for such University, consisting of the following members, namely :-(i)Kulpati of the University-Chairman;(ii)Registrar of the University, Member-Secretary;(ii)Dean of faculties;(iv)Principal Secretary/Secretary, Public Relations or his nominee, not below the rank of Deputy Secretary;(v)Principal Secretary/Secretary, Finance, or his nominee, not below the rank of Deputy Secretary;(vi)Principal Secretary/Secretary, Higher Education, or his nominee, not below the rank of Deputy Secretary.
