DIRECT RESPONDENTS TO ARRANGE FOR MY REFIXATION
OF MY SALARY AND PENSION EARLY.

                            ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner-party in person and the learned AGA.

2. The writ petition is preferred praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to re-fix his salary and consequently his pensionary amount or early action to be initiated for re-fixing and forwarding the same to the office of the Accountant General.

3. Today, learned AGA places on record an endorsement issued on 16.3.2017, issued by the Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, (Karnataka) Bengaluru, wherein it is stated that the benefits have already been extended to the petitioner way back as on 1993.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition does not survive for any consideration. It is open for the petitioner to agitate his rights in such manner before such Authority as provided under law. All contentions are kept open.

Writ petition is disposed off accordingly.
