Section 84(3) in Haryana Municipal Corporation Act, 1994
(3)The Commissioner may from time to time during the year -(a)reduce the amount of budget grant; or(b)sanction the transfer of any amount within a budget grant :Provided that every reduction if it exceeds fifty thousand rupees shall be reported forthwith by the Commissioner to the Corporation and the Commissioner shall give effect to any order that may be passed by the Corporation in relation thereto.
