Section 11 in Haryana Municipal Building Bye-laws 1982
11. Notice of commencement of work.
- A person who has been given sanction under bye-law 9 and intends to commence erection or re-erection of building shall give to the committee notice in writing of not less than one week stating therein the date and time on which the erection or re-erection of the building will commence.
