Section 15(1) in Rajasthan Nazul/Devsthan Building (Disposal by Public Auction) Rules, 1967
(1)Where full price of the Nazul/Devsthan Building put to sale by public auction has been deposited by the purchaser within the time specified in sub-rule (1) of Rule 12, the committee shall make an order confirming the sale and thereupon the sail shall become absolute.
