Section 286 in Bihar Board's Miscellaneous Rules, 1958
286. Corrections to estimates allowed till 15th November.
- The budget estimates of local offices for any particular year being prepared and submitted in the middle of the previous year, emergencies not infrequently arise which were not foreseen and therefore not provided for. It may also happen that, through inadvertence, or the non-receipt of the necessary information duly sanctioned charges are omitted. In such cases corrections to estimates become necessary which should be sent to the Board not later than the 15th November to enable it to report such corrections to Government and the Accountant-General by the 10th December at the latest, [cf. Rule 24 (b) of the Bihar and Orissa Budget Manual].
