Section 4(xxi) in Jammu and Kashmir State Information Commission Procedure (Management) Regulations, 2015
(xxi)The Registrar may with the approval of the Chief Information Commissioner delegate to a Joint Registrar, Deputy Registrar or Assistant Registrar any function required to be performed under these Regulations for the smooth functioning of the proceedings before the Commission under the Act.
