91. Power of the SEC to issue directions.
- Subject to the other provisions of these rules, the State Election Commission may issue such directions as it may consider necessary to facilitate the proper use and operation of the voting machines and also as occasion requires to facilitate the holding of elections under these rules.CHAPTER - IV Election Expenditure Returns
