13. Inclusion of items for discussion in the meeting.
(1)Every member who wishes to have any item to be included in the Agenda in a meeting of the Board shall send the same to the Member-Secretary at least 15 days before the date of the meeting.(2)Only those items which are approved by the Chairman for inclusion will be included in the Agenda.
