Section 1 in The Gujarat Special Economic Zone Act, 2004
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Gujarat Special Economic Zone Act, 2004.(2)It extends to the whole of the State Gujarat.(3)This section shall be deemed to have come into force on the 10th February, 2004 and the remaining provisions shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in Official Gazette appoint.
