Section 520 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
520. Prohibition for discharging the duties of a scavenger.
- In any portion of the city in which the Commissioner has given a public notice as referred to in Section 518 and in any premises, wherever situate, in which there is a water-closet or privy connected with a Corporation drain, it shall not be lawful, for any person to discharge any of the duties of scavengers.
