623. Notice of investigation.
- A debt may be proved in a winding-up by delivery of or sending by post an affidavit verifying the debt, to the Official Liquidator and a creditor need not attend upon the investigation unless required to do so by a notice from the Official Liquidator. Such notice may be given by post at the last known address of the creditor and shall be in the prescribed form.
