Section 13(1) in Bihar High Schools (Constitution, Powers and Functions of Managing Committee) Rules, 1964
(1)The District Inspectress of Schools in case of a school for girls, and the Sub-divisional Educational Officer, in other cases, shall fix a date, time and place for selection of guardians as members of the Committee.
