DATE : 27 APRIL 2026. P.C. : 1) Learned counsel appearing for the judgment debtor submits
that her client has challenged the order dated 23/2/2026, passed by this Court by way of SLP before the Supreme Court.
2) Mr. Prerna Varma, learned counsel appearing for the decree holder submits that a copy of the SLP. has not been served on the decree holder or on them. She further submits that so also in the present proceedings, an interim application has been filed seeking recalling of the order passed by this Court on 16/3/2026. She submits that in spite the order passed by this Court on 13/6/2024, the disclosure affidavit as contemplated in the judgment of M/s. Dwarika Projects Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as Raj & Associates Construction Division) Vs. M/s. Bhandari Engineers & Builders Pvt. Ltd.1 has not been filed by the judgment debtor.

3) As this matter is called out after 5.00 p.m., place this matter on
5/5/2026.
4) In the meanwhile, the judgment debtor is directed to deposit
entire decreetal amount along with accrued interest in this Court.
