- The notice of election specifying the date and time of poll of any election shall be not late than 90 days before the actual date of poll, and shall be published by the Registrar in Form N by affixing a copy of such notice in his office notice board and endorsing a copy thereof to each of the contesting Trade Unions and also to the management(s) of the industrial establishment(s), where such election is to be held.
