Section 46 in The Court of Wards Act, 1879

46. Recovery of sums due to the Court.

- Every sum due to the Court from a manager or guardian, or from the sureties of a manager or guardian, or from any officer or servant employed under Court, or from the sureties of any such officer or servant, shall be recoverable as demand under Bengal Act 7 of 1868 or any similar law for the time being in force.
