Section 28A(3) in Kerala Cooperative Societies Act, 1969
(3)[ Where there is no representation of women or members belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes in the committee of a Society including those of the societies formed exclusively for the benefit of women and for persons belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes, the Government or the Registrar shall nominate women and persons belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes to the elected committee from among the members of such societies.] [Substituted by Kerala Act No. 7 of 2010.]
