Section 9(f) in Haryana Industrial Promotion Act, 2005
(f)the Committee shall examine the order passed by any authority, rejecting any clearance or approving it with modification and if the Committee considers that there are valid grounds for a change in such decision, it shall be take a decision which shall be binding on the authority.
