(1)No person shall be employed to operate a crane, locomotive fork-lift truck, pay loaders, dumpers or other automobiles or to give signals to a Crane or Locomotive operator unless his eye-sight and colour vision have been examined by a qualified ophthalmologist, approved by the Inspector and declare fit to work whether with or without the use of corrective glasses.
