Section 25(1) in Himachal Pradesh e-Stamping Rules, 2011
(1)The payment for purchase of e-Stamp Certificate shall be made by means of Cash, Pay Order, Bank Draft, Electronic Clearing System, Real Time Gross Settlement or by any other mode of transferring the fund as authorized by the Chief Controlling Authority.
