Section 442(3) in Rules of the High Court of Judicature for Rajasthan, 1952
(3)a person, who prior to the 7th April, 1949, was duly enrolled as a legal practitioner in any of the convenanting States of Rajasthan, and who by virtue of such enrollment was entitled to practise in all the subordinate Courts of that State.
