212. Powers of inspection of weights and measure, etc.
- The president, vice-president, Chief Officer or any councillor authorised by the municipality in this behalf may at all reasonable times enter into any place where weights or measures or weighing or measuring instruments are used or kept for purposes of trade and inspect such weights or measures weighing or measuring instruments.(9)Regulation of Dairies and Cattle Sheds
