Section 19(1) in West Bengal Unorganised Sector Workers Welfare Act, 2007
(1)The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint any person in the employment of the State Government or of the Board to be Inspectors for the purposes of this Act and define the local limits within which they will exercise their powers under this Act.
