Section 11 in The Jammu and Kashmir Bhudan Yagna Act, 1960
11. Quorum.
(1)The quorum for the meeting shall be one-third of the total strength of the Board.(2)If at any meeting of the Board a quorum is not present, the Chairman shall adjourn the meeting to such other date as he may think fit, and the business, which would have been brought before the original meeting, if there had been a quorum present, shall be brought before, and transacted at, the adjourned meeting, whether there is a quorum present thereat or not.
