Section 16(iii) in Orissa Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Conditions off Preventive Detention) Order, 1979
(iii)shall obey the orders of the Superintendent of the Jail issued from time to time for the comfort, safety and health or for the discipline, orderly conduct and control of detenus;
