(4)The emergency plan shall clearly stipulate -(a)alarm and communication system;(b)system of notifying the authorities;(c)the duties and responsibilities of each key personnel including measures to be adopted to avert or minimise the consequences of the emergency;(d)when and how the equipment shall be used and when and how the action shall be carried out;(e)help or information that would be available from associated and external agencies including Government agencies;(f)guidelines for terminating the action; and(g)plan for training of personnel and for mock-drills.
