Section 1(ii) in High Court Of Delhi Rules Governing Patent Suits, 2022
(ii)The Rules shall come into force on such date as the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court may notify in the Official Gazette and shall apply to such Courts as the High Court may notify in this behalf.
