Section 9(2)(a) in Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Institutions of Higher Education) Rules, 1987

(a)Government institutions shall be accorded permanent recognition/affiliation straight away, by the competent authority if he is satisfied that the conditions prescribed for this purpose are satisfied.
