1. Short title and commencement.-
(1)This Act may be called the Karnataka Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Acid Attackers, Bootleggers, Depredator of Environment, Digital Offenders, Drug Offenders, Gamblers, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Land-Grabbers, Money Launderers, Sexual predator And Video or Audio Pirates Act, 1985.(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the Fifteenth day of December, 1984.
