(5)the date by which the compliance is likely to be made.If the compliance cannot be made by such a date, a further report shall then be made.N.B. :-Records of case appealed to the High Court will be returned for deposit in the record room of the District Judge after the expiration of 6 months from date of judgment in cases appealable to the Supreme Court and after 90 days in other cases.
