Section 52(2) in Rajasthan Para-medical Council Regulations, 2014
(2)Every Para-medical institution who is eligible for recognition at the time of commencement of these regulations shall apply for recognition within three months of the commencement of these regulations and the organization who is willing to set up Paramedical institution after commencement of these regulations shall apply for recognition to the Registrar by 31st July every year. The application for recognition shall be made to the Registrar in. Form-4 and shall be accompanied by such fees as specified in [Schedule-16] [Substituted 'Schedule-21' by Rajasthan Notification No. G.S.R. 78, dated 25.8.2015 (w.e.f. 5.12.2014).].
