Section 19(1) in Himachal Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)The Commission may, at any time before passing orders on any matter, require the parties or any one or more of them or any other person whom the Commission considers appropriate, to produce such documentary or other material objects as evidence as the Commission may consider necessary for the purpose of enabling it to pass orders.
