Section 45(a) in The Rajasthan Agricultural Produce Markets (Market Committee Employees) Service Rules, 1975
(a)Extraordinary leave may be granted to a permanent or temporary employee in the following circumstances:-(i)When privilege leave is not due; or(ii)When the employee applied in writing for the grant of extraordinary leave.
