Section 37 in Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Act, 1976
37. Application of property, fund, etc.
- All property and fund of the Authority and all other assets belonging to, or vesting, in the Authority shall be held and applied by it, subject to the provisions and for the purposes, of this Act.
