Section 8(1) in Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Rules, 2012
(1)Revenue village wise Khanapuri parties shall be constituted by the Settlement Officer of the concerned district consisting of the following :-(i)An officer/revenue employee of the Anchal Office concerned;(ii)Representative of Director, Land Records and Survey, Bihar;(ii)Any other designated officer or employee.
