(a)(i)incompetence;(ii)misbehaviour;(iii)failure to attend three consecutive meetings of the Commission without sufficient cause;(iv)incapacitation by reasons of physical or mental infirmity; or(v)otherwise becoming unable to discharge his functions as a member.
