(1)These rules may be called the Delhi Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993.(2)They shall, save as expressly provided otherwise, apply to and in relation to all motor vehicles in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.(3)They shall come into force on the date of publication of this notification in the Delhi Gazette.
