335. Application for bail to be served on Government Pleader.
- In every application for grant of bail, a copy of application shall be served upon the Government Pleader in cases arising from the Ahmedabad City area at least 24 hours before the application is heard by the Court and in cases from the mofussil 48 hours before such hearing.Registers
