Section 15(5) in The State Pharmacy Council Rules, 1951
(5)The Registrar shall, if time permits, cause a list of all amendments of which notice has been given under sub-rule (4) to be made available for the use of every member.Provided that the President may, if the Council agrees, allow a motion to be discussed at a meeting notwithstanding the fact that notice was received too late to admit of compliance with this rule.Provided also that nothing in this rule shall operate to prevent the preference by the Executive Committee of any matter to the Council at a meeting following immediately or too soon after the meeting of the Executive Committee to permit of the notice required under this rule.
