52. Opening of Branches.
- The State Development Bank or a District Development Bank may, from time to time, with the previous sanction of the Registrar or any such authority as is necessary, in such manner as may be prescribed, open branches or Regional Offices of the State Development Bank or a District Development Bank at such convenient places as it thinks fit and carry on operations through them.
