Section 4 in Tamil Nadu Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1959
4. Resignation of office by member.
- Any member may resign his office by giving notice in writing to the Government and on such resignation being notified in the [Fort St. George Gazette] [Now the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.] by the Government, he shall be deemed to have vacated his office.
