- Warehouses for the supply of country spirit to retail vendors may be established by the State Government at convenient places at the expenses of Government. Each such warehouse shall be supplied with country spirit by the contractor within whose area of supply such warehouse lies and shall be in charge of an Excise officer. The Excise Commissioner is authorized to allow spirit to be received into the warehouse from other sources than those above mentioned, if necessary.
