82. Films, boxes, spools, etc.-
(1)All cinematograph projectors shall be fitted with two film boxes of non-inflammable material and of substantial construction to and from which films shall be made to travel. Such boxes which shall be of approved size and construction, shall be made to close in such a manner as to prevent the passage of flame to the interior of the film box.(2)Spools shall be either chain or gear driven and films shall be wound upon spools so that the wound film shall not at any time reach or project beyond the edges of the flanges of the spools.(3)It shall not be necessary to have metal casing for spools or project beyond the edges of the flanges of the spools.
