Section 11(1) in The Gujarat Shops and Establishments (Employees Life Insurance) Act, 1980
(1)If any local authority makes default in the performance of any duty imposed by or under this Act, the State Government may appoint it with a reasonable remuneration to the person appointed to perform it, shall be paid forthwith by the local authority.
