Section 3(7) in Rajasthan State Commission for Women Regulations, 2007
(7)All question required to be decided by the Commission shall be decided by the majority of the votes of the members present and voting, and in case of equality of votes the chairperson or the member presiding, as the case may be, shall have a casting vote.
