(2)Suspension, revocation of licence etc. - Any written permission or licence granted under this Act may be suspended or revoked by the [Commissioner of City Police, Hyderabad] [Substituted by Act A.P.A.O. 1957] if the person to whom the written permission or licence has been granted infringes or evades compliance with its conditions and restrictions, or is convicted of any offence in any matter which relates to such licence or written permission.
