Section 24(3) in THE DELHI SKILL AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP UNIVERSITY ACT, 2019
(3)The constitution of the Academic Council and the term of office of its members shall be as under: -(a)Chairperson: Vice-Chancellor of the University (ex-officio) ;b) Pro Vice-Chancellors (ex-officio);(c)Four persons, who are not employees of the University to be co-opted by the Academic Council on therecommendations of the Vice-Chancellor from amongst educationists, scientists or engineers of repute;(d)A nominee of the University Grants Commission;(e)A nominee of the All India Council for Technical Education;(f)A representative of Industries, as nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;(g)All Deans of the University;(h)Four Heads of Departments as nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;(i)Four Professors of the University as nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;(j)One Associate Professor and one Assistant Professor as nominated by the Vice-Chancellor;(k)Controller of Examinations;
