Section 3(1) in Orissa Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Conditions off Preventive Detention) Order, 1979
(1)A detenu shall be lodged in a Central Jail or a Circle Jail or a District Jail or a Special Jails as may be specified in the detention order.
